Don Dunbar, President, Chief Executive Officer, CFO

Prior to joining Nietech as CFO in 2003, Mr. Dunbar was an outside director of Nietech and is a former Partner with Pisenti & Brinker LLP, California 's largest independent accounting firm north of San Francisco . Mr. Dunbar assumed the position of President and CEO of Nietech on October 1, 2006. Long active with the North Bay Angels investor group, Mr. Dunbar is also Founder and former Vice President and Board Secretary of Sonoma Metal Products Inc.

Larry LeMaitre-Roberts, Chairman, CTO

Mr. LeMaitre-Roberts co-founded Nietech Corporation in March 1999 and is the inventor of its core transaction processing technologies. He previously founded Maverick Microsystems, Inc. where he designed, patented and marketed the world's first fully software driven MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) check encoder and automated retail cash settlement systems in 1984. Mr. Roberts built an international network of more than 100 distributors and created key OEM agreements with National Cash Register Company (NCR), Brandt Incorporated and WIPRO of India. His systems now serve international banking and retail markets in the United States, Japan, India, Canada, Europe and South America .

Christine Koncal, Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Koncal served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management with Loquendo, Inc. a Telecom Italia subsidiary and provider of web and voice-based CRM solutions for financial service, business and consumer markets. Previously Ms. Koncal held management positions with Oracle and Visa International, and consulted for Delta Air Lines, Xerox, John Hancock and several start-up technology companies. Ms. Koncal began her career in marketing research and consumer packaged goods brand management with Procter & Gamble.

Gerry Ausiello, Chief Operations and Administration Officer

Mr. Ausiello spent 30 years with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies in various management roles in Information Technology and Procurement. Prior to H-P, Mr. Ausiello developed and managed computer applications at Wells Fargo Bank and Lockheed Corporation. He is past president of the New Directions Adolescent Services board of directors.
